This villa property for sale in Almunecar is very cheap because it needs work doing to it. Previously the property suffered from subsidence due to the Ministry of Transports widening of the coast road below the property. The Ministry have now carried out substantial repairs including micro piling the complete mountain side below the property which they say will stop any further movement in the future. The position of the house is elevated enough to have clear uninterrupted views to the south but close enough to walk into town. The coast road running past below the house will also become very much quieter next month when the new La Herradura to Taramay stretch of motorway opens. A must see for a builders project. Local builders have quoted 60,000 including a new pool!
