There is a water tank of approx 100m3 and an irrigation system. The water is on a one hour contract that fills the tank . There is a 146 euros per year standing charge to the water cooperative. Currently there is no additional charge due to the abundance of water. Normally the 100m3 of water costs 32 euros. There is electricity to the land but has not been connected to the house.
