This is a great opportunity to buy a large country house in Gelibia, Almunecar, Costa Tropical, Granada, Spain. This is a large 9 Bedroomed country house with two lounges, sea views and 4000m2 of land. BARGAIN

This country property for sale in Andalucia is a very good price. It has over 250m2 constructed with only 60m of track, sea and mountain views just 20 minutes to Almunecar centre. The property is distributed as two semi detached houses. The larger one has a balcony to the front , 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge with open plan kitchen. The second house has 3 bedrooms and a long, more narrow lounge with an open plan kitchen. To the rear of the second house is a large covered outside terrace or car port. The building faces south and has views straight down the valley to the sea. The properties are situated in the middle / front of a 4000m2 plot which has several platforms and terraces. It also has its own well. There are solar panels for hot water. All the windows are traditional style and have shutters. The ground floor windows have security grills.

 So what is the catch. The property needs to be legalised as it is not registered. This should not be a problem as the property has been there 10 years and under the new legalistion of country properties law that comes into force on March 1 2012. This will be a simple process taking about 3 months. The owner will sign private contracts and do the legalisation work before you sign at the notary. The smaller property has a flat roof that has not been asphalted correctly so that needs to be redone (approx 3,500 euros). This has meant there has been water leaking into the property but no permanent damage is done. It just needs a re paint. This is a great opportunity.
