Long term rentals in the Costa Tropical are difficult to find as many landlords prefer to rent out for the summer season as the rent from property in June , July , August will equal the amount they earn from a whole year on a normal long term let.  Be careful that the contract you sign is for the whole year and not until the summer season starts in June, many people have had a nasty surprise.
